SORRY!!!!

this is L....

so I wanted to say sorry for not posting my DO or DON'T!!
I was in the process of finding a post to try, which I did find one, but I woke up to a very sharp and painful feeling in my lung!!
Sounds dumb, but its true!!
I had a rib out of place and I couldn't even pick up a gallon of milk with out wanting to curl up in a ball and scream....
Ribs out of place SUCK!!!
seriously.....I would rather deal with kidney stones again and again than have this shit again!!!

so with 2 trips to the Chiropractor to put it back in......Victory!!

I can breath, but I am very sore!!  Apparently I have stretched out my ligaments or something....so it still hurts to do anything... 

I will post something on here as soon as I can!! hopefully its alot sooner than later!!
